These SMS Terms and Conditions describe text messaging communications from Tra Trucking LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Tra Trucking LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to freight quotes, shipping updates, service notifications, and other business communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you do not need to join our SMS program to request a quote or buy from us.

1.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your shipping activity and service requests. You may receive updates about quotes, shipment status, delivery confirmations, and occasional service announcements.

1.2 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

1.3 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us, contacting us at (213) 576-0423, or emailing us at info@tratrucking.com. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a confirmation text message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

1.5 Privacy and Data Security

We respect your privacy and will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide our transportation services and communicate with you about your shipments. We may use messaging service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to appropriate use restrictions, or disclose information where required by law. 1.6 Carrier Liability

Tra Trucking LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.

1.7 Changes to These SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Part 2 — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Tra Trucking LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase or enroll in our SMS program. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2.2 Products and Pricing

Many of our products are made to order after you place your order. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but screen displays vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

2.3 Bundles

Outfit bundles are sold as a single product at a single price. The size you select applies to every applicable item in the bundle. Where a bundle shows a savings amount, it is calculated against the combined current prices of the individual items on our site.

2.4 Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

2.5 Shipping

Made-to-order items ship once production is complete. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2.6 Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

2.7 SMS Messaging Program

Our optional SMS program, including message types, frequency, rates, opt-out, help, and privacy practices, is governed by Part 1 — SMS Terms and Conditions above.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Tra Trucking LLC name, logos, designs, graphics, images, and text, belongs to Tra Trucking LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

2.9 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.
